We are a rapidly growing restaurant company with 20 Firehouse Subs located in Austin, Houston and Corpus Christi.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all of the equipment within our Firehouse Subs restaurants throughout Austin, Houston and Corpus Christi.

EPA certification required as this role will include limited HVAC/Refrigeration work.

You will be provided with a state of the art, fully equipped work truck and facilities to perform in house repairs. All tools and supplies will be provided.

This role is primarily Monday through Friday 8-5 but weekend availability is required in the event of an emergency.

**Duties:**

- Perform routine maintenance procedures and repairs on restaurant equipment

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair as needed

- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance work by outside contractors

- Fabricate parts and tools when necessary

- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders

**Qualifications:**

- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment

- Must hold a vaid EPA certifiation

- Experience in facilities maintenance including electrical and HVAC systems

- Proficiency in English for effective communication

- Strong leadership skills for supervising maintenance tasks

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
